The target company, privately owned by its founder, was created as a strategically located inland clearance depot providing warehousing, container handling, trucking, customs clearance and other related services. It serves over 100 sophisticated clients including global third-party logistics providers, shipping lines and international manufacturers with onshore domestic facilities.
